Engagement typically begins with a conversation to understand goals, audiences, technical requirements, creative expectations, preferred formats, fund availability, and contract or purchase order needs.
Project and ongoing support
Support may include one-time materials, multi-month engagements, or long-term documentation, communication, or knowledge transfer cycles. All services and production are based on a one-stop solution approach.
Billing and financial handling
All work is provided as independent consulting. External production costs – such as printing, equipment, venue fees, or additional materials – are billed at actual cost plus a service fee, with receipts provided.
